Enjoy Card is an exclusive offer from Smart Center by Trivellato. This is the smart center of the Trivellato group which is to be found inside the “Le Piramidi” shopping mall in Vicenza. It is impossible not to see it: a tower of smart cars 20 meters high will lead you there. Here you will find the new smart showroom and assistance. This is the new branch of Bassano del Grappa. In a futuristic construction you can find the Mercedes-Benz, Smart and Mercedes-Benz and Mitsubishi commercial/industrial vehicles and automobile showroom. Plus car and commercial/industrial vehicle workshop.

Discount of 10% on the official labor costs for servicing and mechanical repairs at the Trivellato group's smart workshops (Torri di Quartesolo (smart center), Padova, Montecchio Maggiore, Thiene and Bassano) .
Delivery of new cars with a full tank of fuel.
Delivery of new cars with original smart mats and lamps, and homologated reflecting jacket.
Preparing the looks of the new car with polish.
Customized training assistance: during delivery of the new car, smart's certified personnel will give training with customized assistance lasting 20 minutes minimum. Discount of 25% on the smart boutique's gadgets at the smart facilities (Torri di Quartesolo, Thiene, Bassano).
Discount of 30% on hire of substitute vehicles.
Expenses of changeover of title in case of eventual trade-in of used car: City Car srl takes care of the changeover of title expenses, made at agreed agencies, of the used car given in exchange to City Car srl/Trivellato.
Free mailing of an expiry of warranty warning with at least 60 days prior notice.
Free mailing of an expiry of obligatory overhaul warning with at least 60 days advance notice; this service applies to the first expiry of the overhaul.
Upon request of the customer in possession of the Enjoy Card, free of charge, carrying out pre-overhaul checks which consist of a visual check of the state of wear of the vehicle's components, a functional test of the vehicle through a test run carried out by specialized Smart technicians, a communication on the vehicle's state of wear, a communication of the actions necessary to adjust/repair the vehicle so that it passes the overhaul according to the regulations in force.
Upon request of the customer in possession of the Enjoy Card, free of charge, carrying out pre-warranty expiry checks: checks necessary to identify the causes of malfunctions, faults, breakages reported by the customer will be carried out and the actions necessary to adjust/repair the vehicle under warranty.
Payment of the provincial registration fee by Citycar srl.
Free of charge carrying out the first check on exhaust gases as provided for by the regulations in force (Blue Stamp). Subsequent controls will be charged to the customer.

Conditions in force from 01.01.2008 The Enjoy Card services are offered by City Car srl Smart Center by Trivellato. The card is tied to the automobile and the customer therefore in case of sale of the automobile the Enjoy Card looses its validity. City Car srl reserves the right to change the services and conditions listed above giving adequate notice.
