A. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

A1) Can all products on the site be purchased directly online?

All automobiles which are exhibited as “off-the-shelf” can only be bought through negotiation (also via Internet) with your Trivellato consultant.

A2) If a car interests me, can I block it in any case with a deposit?

No, only those that come under “special offers”. For all the others you can ask for information and block them only through commercial negotiation. Only afterward will you pay a deposit.

A3) Once the deposit has been paid or a preliminary signed, am I obliged to buy?

No. Naturally though, Trivellato will not return the deposit. In any case, if you change your mind, Trivellato gives you the possibility, within 15 days, to change the purchased vehicle for another.

A4) Is the price displayed negotiable?

It depends. The special offers which can be bought online are already offered at a special price and are assured the best convenience with regard to the Black Card services too. For all the other off-the -shelf cars the price is defined taking into consideration the conditions of finance, insurance services, trade-in of the used car, eventual customization.

A5) Is the trade-in of a used car possible?

Certainly. Its evaluation falls into the rule of the 99 checks on the used car envisaged by Trivellato's exclusive procedure. For this the price is precise and correct, in line with the vehicle's effective condition and the market prices.

A6) Is the trade-in of a used car against the purchase of another used car possible?

Certainly. The indications in the previous point apply.

B. NAVIGATION IN THE SITE.

B1) Which criteria can I use for the search?

Which criteria can I use for the search? For new cars we advise you to fill in at least the search model fields. Using the other fields too you will further refine the search. With the advanced search option you can choose the vehicle also on the basis of the accessories. With the used cars, other than the choice by make or model and the advanced one, you can set out the search only on the basis of price or year of registration or KM on the clock.

C. SAFETY AND PRIVACY

C1) My sensitive data will be processed in compliance with the privacy law?

Trivellato's clarity and transparency means this too: defend the customers' rights, starting from their privacy. Your data is kept only in two cases, and both following your explicit assent: for the time necessary to complete a negotiation, or to communicate with you if you wish to be informed about new offers and proposals.
